WW1 Uniform Painting: AEF American officer

Hi everyone! I painted an American officer in WW1(AEF).
I was able to get some(a little) US air force information, so I tried it. Especially I would devote this artwork to my American friends who like the aviation history.

When I was a kid, I visited in Hawaii for a first time. A local guide asked us, "do you want to go to Pearl Harbor? some Japanese doesn't want to go for sad history." I who wasn't interested in history didn't know the place but I felt the name is beautiful. I asked my parents, "What happened in there?" My father answered me, "Over 40 years ago, the Imperial Japanese force attacked there, and Many people died at Pearl Harbor, so the Pacific War began for it." We said, 

"I wish to go."

Unfortunately, I can't remember almost things(for a kid memory), but I remember that I found the wreckage under the light blue sea. and We pressed our hands together for victim to praying. 

This year again, I will pray for them.

Drawing: USAAF macho man with AN-H-16 & AN-6530 headgear

Hi all!

I was drawing the USAAF macho man with AN-H-16 and AN-6530 headgear yesterday. First I wanted to wear the USAAF uniform on his body, but his body drawing was nice, so I didn't add shirts and jacket. Well, It is not the erotic implications. it's the sense of an artist who like the sculpture ;-)

By the way, The record player in my head is playing the tune, Village People "Macho Man"...

How is your summer? Tokyo is really hot. Today's temperature is 33 degrees...
